LOCAL AIRPORTS
Bournemouth has an airport which is served by many low-cost airlines including Ryanair, Easyjet, Air Berlin, Rockhopper and Thomsonfly. The airport is situated at Hurn on the outskirts of Christchurch and is only a 10 minute car journey away from Scanbrit School of English.
Southampton has Eastleigh Airport situated on its outskirts. There is a direct train service from the airport station to Bournemouth and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
On your arrival at an airport, we can provide a private taxi to collect you and take you to your host family.
Prices per car are
Heathrow £120 / Gatwick £137 / Stansted £197 / Luton £155 / Southampton £90 / Bournemouth £24.
Alternatively, we can supply students with a National Express coach ticket to use on arrival at Heathrow or Gatwick airports.
Tickets cost: Heathrow £30 / Gatwick £38
