Why Further Education?
If you invest time and money now in Further Education, you will undoubtedly enjoy greater employability and a higher salary in the future. A University or College Education in the UK will broaden your horizons and help you develop new interests. Studying in the UK gives you excellent value-for-money. Fees will vary depending on the course you choose but generally range from £3500 to £7000 per annum.
What can I study?
This depends on your academic background and age but there are 3 options:
1) A Postgraduate Course Masters Degree is aimed at students who have already studied at a University or Further Education College in their own country (students will normally be 20+ years).
2) Foundation/Access Courses are designed for students who have finished their Secondary (High School) education and who wish to take a course and obtain a College Diploma or who would like to enter a UK University (students are usually aged between 17-19 years).
3) Further Education and Vocational Courses are designed for students who may not have the academic qualifications to enter a Postgraduate Course at University but who wish to obtain a recognised external qualification at the end of their studies in the UK.
